Das Aneurysma , Mehrzahl Aneurysmata oder Aneurysmen, auch Arterienerweiterung oder umgangssprachlich arterielle Aussackung genannt, ist eine spindel- oder sackförmige, lokalisierte, permanente Erweiterung des Querschnitts von Blutgefäßen infolge angeborener oder erworbener Wandveränderungen.
