Als Dekompressionsunfall oder -krankheit werden verschiedene Verletzungen durch Einwirkung von Überdruck beziehungsweise von zu schneller Druckentlastung bezeichnet. Die Verletzungen treten vor allem bei Tauchunfällen auf und werden deshalb auch als Taucherkrankheit oder Caissonkrankheit bezeichnet. Die gemeinsame Ursache aller Dekompressionsunfälle ist die Bildung von Gasblasen im Körperinneren.
