Eine Drehspiegelung ist eine Kongruenzabbildung des dreidimensionalen euklidischen Raumes in sich. Sie entsteht durch Hintereinanderausführung einer Drehung um eine beliebige Achse gefolgt von der Spiegelung an einer Ebene, die von der Achse rechtwinklig geschnitten wird. Aufgrund der Ebenenspiegelung handelt es sich um eine orientierungsumkehrende Bewegung des euklidischen Raums.
