Die Eigenleitung ist ein Begriff der Festkörperphysik, sie bezeichnet die elektrische Leitfähigkeit von undotierten Halbleitern. Im Gegensatz dazu führen die Störstellen in dotierten Halbleitern zu einer Erhöhung der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit, hier ist die sogenannte Störstellenleitung dominant.
