Der Eimer, Kübel , auch der Amper , die Kufe, Küfe, die Bütte, ist ein oben offener, zylindrischer oder schwach konischer Behälter mit flachem, seltener gewölbtem Boden, der aus unterschiedlichen Materialien, früher vorzugsweise aus Holz oder Leder, heute aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht.
