Aufgrund des Einspruchs ĂŒberprĂŒft die Finanzbehörde den angegriffenen Verwaltungsakt insgesamt . Dabei gelten die allgemeinen Vorschriften der Abgabenordnung sinngemĂ€ĂŸ . Deshalb bezeichnet man das Einspruchsverfahren auch als ?verlĂ€ngertes Festsetzungsverfahren?. Das Einspruchsverfahren ist kostenfrei, selbst wenn der Einspruch erfolglos bleibt.
