Eine Getreidequetsche ist eine Vorrichtung, welche aus zwei dicht zusammen aufgehängten Walzen besteht, um Getreide zwischen sich zu zerdrücken. Der Abstand zwischen den Walzen ist meist verstellbar. Die Walzen selbst weisen zumeist eine Profilierung auf, um die Griffigkeit der Walzenoberfläche zu erhöhen. Haupteinsatzgebiet ist die Landwirtschaft, wo gequetschter Hafer beispielsweise als Futtermittel für Pferde dient. Im Brauwesen wird Gerste durch Getreidequetschen aufgebrochen, damit Wasser in das Korn eindringen und Braumalz entstehen kann.
