Der Hefezopf ist ein besonders geformter Kuchen aus Hefeteig mit zusätzlich Ei und Butter bzw. anderer Fette. In Bayern und Österreich wird er teilweise auch als Striezel bezeichnet. Im Unterschied zum schweizerischen Zopf ist er süß.
