Mit der durch den Bologna-Prozess angestoßenen Schaffung eines europäischen Hochschulraums findet gegenwärtig eine auf europaweite Harmonisierung von Studiengängen und ?abschlüssen sowie auf internationale Mobilität der Studierenden zielende transnationale Hochschulreform statt.
