Hundefutter ist eine speziell auf die physiologischen Bedürfnisse von Hunden ausgerichtete Tiernahrung. In Deutschland wird überwiegend industriell gefertigtes Fertigfutter verfüttert, knapp 8 % der Hundebesitzer verfütterten einer 2012 veröffentlichten Studie zufolge selbst zubereitete Rationen. Je nach Wassergehalt unterscheidet man bei Fertigfutter zwischen Trockenfuttermitteln und Feuchtfuttermitteln.
