Pflaumenmus ist ein dick eingekochter Brei aus Zwetschgen oder anderen Pflaumen, der als Brotaufstrich und Zutat für Süß- und Mehlspeisen dient. In der Schweiz nennt man das dort übliche Pflaumenmus Latwerge, in Österreich Powidl.
