Der Pflegeregress bezeichnet in Österreich im Fall einer geförderten Langzeitpflege einer Person den Rückgriff der Bundesländer auf das Privatvermögen des Betroffenen und dessen Angehörigen. Eine Verfassungsbestimmung wird mit Wirkung vom 1. Jänner 2018 den Pflegeregress bundesweit abschaffen, wobei die Kosten vom Bund und den Ländern getragen werden .[1][2]
