Aus dem jeweiligen Verhältnis ergibt sich im Augeninneren das Verhältnis von Bildweite und Bildgröße in Abhängigkeit von den Richtungsänderungen der Lichtstrahlen durch die lichtbrechenden Medien im Auge.[2]
