Unter einer Spritzenpumpe versteht man eine Dosierpumpe zur intravenösen Verabreichung von Medikamenten. In der klinischen Praxis wird häufig die Bezeichnung Perfusor synonym verwendet. Die erste Spritzenpumpe wurde 1951 unter dem Namen Infusionsapparat nach Dr. Hess entwickelt. Sie verfügte nur über eine Laufgeschwindigkeit.
