Standrecht bezeichnet im Wehrrecht den Zustand, bei dem die von Behörden des öffentlichen Recht ausgeübte Gerichtsbarkeit im öffentlichen Recht auf den höchsten Militärbefehlshaber übergeht, dem ein Kriegsgericht zur Seite steht, das so genannte Standgericht.
