Der Trollinger, auch Blauer Trollinger, ist eine Rotweinsorte. Der Name ist vermutlich aus ?Tirolinger? entstanden, da die zugrundeliegende Traube die Südtiroler Rebsorte Vernatsch ist. Die Trauben finden, während die Rebsorte zur Weingewinnung fast nur in Südtirol und Württemberg genutzt wird, unter der Bezeichnung Black Hamburg weltweit starke Verwendung als Tafeltraube.
