In der Privatwirtschaft gibt es keinen Anspruch auf ordnungsgemäße Führung ; demgegenüber gilt für öffentlich-rechtliche Wartelisten der allgemeine Gleichheitsgrundsatz, so dass eine gerichtliche Überprüfung der korrekten Führung der Warteliste möglich ist.
