Als Zylinderbohrung oder kurz Bohrung bezeichnet man den Innendurchmesser eines Zylinders, speziell des Zylinders eines Hubkolbenmotors. Geringfügig kleiner als die Zylinderbohrung ist der Kolbendurchmesser. Da Kolben in Verbrennungsmotoren keinen exakt kreisförmigen Querschnitt haben, ist der Kolbendurchmesser zudem noch von der Messrichtung abhängig.
