Unter Brettschichtholz versteht man aus mindestens drei Brettlagen und in gleicher Faserrichtung verleimte Hölzer. Sie werden vorwiegend im Ingenieurholzbau, also bei hoher statischer Beanspruchung, verwendet. Binder aus Brettschichtholz werden als Brettschichtbinder oder Leimbinder bezeichnet.
