Eine Spitzzange ist eine Zange, die ähnlich einer Flachzange zwei aufgeraute flache Backen zum Greifen von Gegenständen hat. Durch die spitz zulaufende Form kann zusätzlich auch in kleine Öffnungen hineingegriffen werden. Spitzzangen sind meist nahe am Gelenk mit einer seitlichen Schneide versehen, die ähnlich wie ein Seitenschneider benutzt werden kann. Die Spitzzange wird auch mit elektrisch isolierten Griffen nach einschlägigen Normen, z. B. IEC 60900, hergestellt.
