Weichteilsarkome sind bösartige Tumoren , die dem Weichteilgewebe des Körpers entspringen. Sie sind eine relativ seltene Krebsform, bei Kindern und Jugendlichen ist ihr Anteil jedoch relativ groß. Die Therapie hängt von der Art und Klassifizierung des jeweiligen Tumors ab und reicht von operativer Entfernung bis zu Bestrahlung und Chemotherapie.
